THE SERVICE

  Atlas is a personal health assistant that helps members organize their health: daily check-ins, meal and training planning, summaries of health data from devices the member connects, and related logistics. Atlas is operated as a sole proprietorship by Chase Thompson ("we," "us"). By enrolling in or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use Atlas.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

  Atlas is a wellness and organization service. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Information provided by the service is for general wellness purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about medical conditions, medications, and before beginning any new diet or exercise program. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM

  Members explicitly opt in to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages as part of the service — typically one to three messages per day, including a morning check-in, an evening check-in, and a weekly summary; message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply and are the responsibility of the member. Reply STOP at any time to cancel messages, and HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

  You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for your own personal, lawful purposes, and to keep your account access secure. Recommendations depend on the accuracy of what you share; decisions you make about your health, diet, and training remain your own. Any purchase or order coordinated through the service occurs only with your explicit confirmation.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

CHANGES, TERMINATION, AND CONTACT

  We may modify the service or these terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time (reply STOP to end messaging), and either party may terminate the relationship at any time.   Atlas ("we," "us") is a personal health assistant service operated as a sole proprietorship by Chase Thompson. This policy describes what information we collect from members, how we use it, and the choices members have. We collect only what the service needs, and we do not sell personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  We collect information members provide directly and information generated by using the service: contact details (name, mobile phone number, email); health and wellness information members choose to share, such as goals, daily check-in responses, meal photos, training activity, and data from health devices members connect (for example, wearable, glucose, or blood-pressure devices); and the content of messages exchanged with the service.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  We use member information solely to provide and improve the service: composing daily check-ins and weekly summaries, maintaining each member's health record, personalizing meal and training plans, and coordinating logistics the member requests. We do not use member information for third-party advertising.

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS/MMS)

------------------------------

  Members explicitly opt in to receive recurring text messages (typically 1–3 per day) as part of the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Members can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance.

  No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

  We share information only with service providers necessary to operate Atlas — such as cloud hosting and database providers, and telecommunications providers that deliver messages — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We may share information with a member's own healthcare providers at the member's direction, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

  Member information is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, and is stored with access controls and encryption at rest. Members may request a copy or deletion of their information at any time using the contact below, and we will honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law.

CHILDREN

------------------------------

  Atlas is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

  We may update this policy as the service evolves; the effective date above will change when we do.
